ITT: Pogeymons we forgot about

Yeah, Ampharos came out in Gold and Silver. One of the better Pokemon in that game. Electric type, pretty damn powerful, and most importantly, it looked awesome (yeah that's right, you douchebags with your next-gen breeding and stat-whoring crap, Pokemon is an extremely easy game and you should always choose the Pokemon that look the coolest, not the ones with the best stats or moves).

From what I recall, Amphy had some pretty fierce Special Attack.
Anyone remember what this pineappleer was called? (Just a test. I do.)


There's so many second gen pokes I don't remember the name of because they were seemingly useless. I played through Silver in two days a week or two ago, and had trouble building a six man team because there weren't enough pokes I liked (that were useful/good).

QFT. I remember using Ampharos myself when I played Gold/Silver (don't remember which one). Though the stat-whoring and breeding and whatnot is more fore competitive battling, which apparently is very serious business.

There's been little mention of this one too.

Ah, I remember a friend of mine had a Pokemon creator that you could later insert in a game with Action Replay...

I made quite some contraptions, not broken, just odd. Like a Pichu egg with Flamethrower, a Smeargle (that painter one) with transformation, etc... The good old days...
