just once. if you're soloing, it takes a shiitload of time.. and yeah, I know you should be partying for that stuff, but after the initial excitement of time temple wore off, no one goes there anymore. it's basically impossible to find parties.

This is the real problem. If you're already 141 or whatever the highest level quest is, you'll be ok, but really, if you're going to have to level a few times to get the rest of the quests... It's going to be rough for you. And it's going to be rough if you're leveling up now. I mean, think back on when 4th job came out: It was really easy to get into El Nath PQs and get your skills. Now, it's a pain in the ass. It's near impossible to find warriors who don't have stance; the few who are waiting often take advantage of this in truly despicable ways. Granted there are a handful of people who are willing to let people come in and do it the way it was meant to be done, but on the whole it's an annoyance.

One thing in particular I'm worried about are the bosses; what if they hit for like 4k or some pomegranate? It'll be latanica all over again: stalled on the quests because I don't have enough HP to survive and that's really not cool. I also think the bosses will turn out to be the big obstacle here, because every 4 999 quests you have to take out a boss, and so the first week or two those bosses are going to be hunted constantly, making them hard to find. Knowing how people are in GMS, I wouldn't expect many people to be willing to party against them. That's just going to make it worse...

Well, I'm 131 and doing Time Temple quests since early 12x. Now I'm doing Oblivion Captain Guardians, the last monsters before Raika. I completely agree that it's rough, it's really rough. Oblivion Captain Guardians hit 4298~4596 on me with one magic attack (the one that looks like Buccaneer's Shockwave), that's 1hko deluxe. (I got 4130 HP, washed). The other magic attacks do about 3.9k dmg.

I'm pretty sure Raika will be impossible unless you'll be able to take at least 5k dmg. I'll be able to tell more about that tomorrow (atm 626/999 Oblivion Captain Guardians and kMS is patching till 1 AM my time).

Btw this might be interesting for you;
Dodo does 3.5 - 3.9k dmg to me, Lilino does 3.8k - 4k

I've soloed everything in Time Temple except Dodo, Lilino, 1 poison quest and 2 Ice quests. Soloing per quest took me roughly 6-8h when I had to use Tripple Fire, 4-6h with Cannon.

I hope for gMS that people will be willing to party since Time Temple is really hard, people should get at least so open minded and kind enough to see that they really should help people above 120 with the quests and bosses. Else Time Temple will probably a huge KS fest in the beginning and bosses will be rare.

It's a pain in the ass for warriors too... there's no reason to go to El Nath other than that stupid PQ. So really paying for it pays for the 45 minutes it takes to travel from Leafre, NLC, Showa, or wherever they actually train. Plus the time taken to do the quest (Last time I went, it took us 5 or 6 PQs to find the bowman book)

I hope for gMS that people will be willing to party since Time Temple is really hard, people should get at least so open minded and kind enough to see that they really should help people above 120 with the quests and bosses. Else Time Temple will probably a huge KS fest in the beginning and bosses will be rare.

You, my friend, are unfortunately dreaming. Going from jMS to gMS was a big disapointment communitywise, that is why I put all my effort, first before leveling, to find the best guild, that's what really make the difference.
Western MS community is driven by competition up to a point that there is no way that Time Temple cannot be a huge KS fest in the first couple week and then totally desert. Isaac had a very good point relating this with El Nath PQ.
Main designers of the game aren't designing the game for gMS gameplay, but for all MS-flavor, it's gMS that have to adapt to the gameplay of MS.
