Simple questions about each of these skills.
Barrage - Precisely what % does each hit do? I heard it doubles after the 3rd or 4th hit, but unsure exactly what each % is.
Speed Infusion - It has come to my attention that this skill does not speed up Dragon Strike or Barrage, which makes it a lot less amazing than I thought it was. What skills doesn't this effect, and it is really useful during training opposed to giving it to party members?
Energy Orb - 900% Damage to six monsters, when the damage halves per monster. It's a charge skill. Dragon Strike does 810% per monster and is not a charge skill. What makes Energy Orb the least bit desirable?
Stun Mastery - I heard this skill doesn't add 60% to your overall damage, but has a chance of adding 60% in the sense that Dragon Strike would do 870% opposed to 810%. Is this true or did I hear wrong?
I also recall seeing a video with a guy having Level 1 Barrage with Sharp Eyes (I assume). His regular hits were doing 2k-3k each, but his crits were doing over 10k. How is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

Assuming Barrage is lvl 30 it would be 230% + 230% + 230% + 230% + 460% + 920%.
It increases the casting speed of the attack skills. It does not reduce the 'cooldown time' between usages of the skills. (basically once the attack animation finishes for barrage you'll have to still wait... 2 seconds about to use it again. With Lvl 1 speed infusion the attack animation just finishes more quickly so you can deal more damage per minute). I hope that answered your question.
Compared to alot of the other skills available, it really isn't desirable.
No clue honestly, someone else will have to answer that

When a Buccaneer has Sharp Eyes, he gains another 100% damage from Stun Mastery's criticals.
Energy Orb is only useful because it's faster than Dragon Strike and can reach distances compared to your other attacking skills.

A normal Barrage, without stunning a monster is:
230% + 230% + 230% + 230% + 460% + 920% = 2300% damage
A normal Barrage, with stunning a monster is: (If all criticals activate - 60% chance / 60% more damage per hit)
290% + 290% + 290% + 290% + 580% + 1160% = 2900% damage
A normal Barrage, with stunning a monster, with maxed SE is: (If all criticals activate - (60+15=) 75% chance / (60+140=) 200% more damage per hit)
430% + 430% + 430% + 430% + 860% + 1720% = 4300% damage
The problem is, you can't stun a boss...
And why Energy Orb? Energy Orb is faster then Dragon Strike, but yeah... it needs Energy Charge to be fully charged...

What makes Energy Orb the least bit desirable? You have to have your energy charged, meaning you have to be in the bubble. It doesn't have to be charged like Screw Punch. But yeah, it's not very desirable.

The example you gave is how all crits work: they add a % damage instead of multiplying your damage. The video you saw was likely with a low level Barrage (say, 100% damage or so) and he had SE. So his crits were doing 300% damage. Devil gave a good example of how this works.
Also, think of Barrage as 10 hits, not 6. The first 4 hits are 1 hit each. The 5th hit is actually 2 hits added together, and the 6th hit is actually 4 hits added together.

I think that'd be cool if barrage was actually a 10 hit combo . 10 hits going up would be pretty sweet

Iirc Stun mastery + SE does something weird and turns out to be +300% crits rather than +200%.

I'm not the least bit surprised if this works with Barrage. It's crazy to see how much SE effects Barrage's damage.

Well, the last hit is 4 times the damage, including 4 times the SE critcal damage as well.
That's why Strikers (Knights of Cygnus) are so powerfull with SE at bosses, since -THEIR- critical doesn't require to stun a monster.

yeah, everything else was answered, but orb really isnt useful. I was thinking about, since im trying to farm typhon feathers, getting level 1 just to help mob(range from 1 monster to next is pretty good, isnt it? hence it would hit a bunch if i just through some around) but even still, just not too worth it. I guess its nice if you need to hit something far away for decent damage, but really, when is that happening with any frequency?

Level 1 hits two enemies. Good luck with that.

Then again, that might've been the server code. It's been known to discredit his tests before, like in the case of healing party members.
