Yeah.. watch this patch being delayed again. =P

Well, this time I'm less than 99% sure. Let's say, 70%.

I'm not being negative or anything, but:

1. No Chronicles of Masteria updates
2. No Q&A with NxProse
3. Patch notice should be posted today, but they could post it tomorrow

I don't think it'll be until next week.

In the patch notes they mentioned the stimulis package being on the 11th (a week from now)

So, I'm geussing Nexons not going to put a event, which is planned on the 11th on patch day. That would be dumb of them, normaly they put a patch then a week later do the event.


I'm geussing the FTP should have somthing on it by 5:00 Central or PST.

100 mesos say they screw up, and do the notice then delay it, its happened before.

I'm just saying that the patch should've been the last week already.

Maybe you guys didn't notice that NEXON does a patch every 3 weeks, did you?

This month it should've been like that, but for some reasons they keep DELAYING it. Well, maybe not really "delaying", but this month they just decided to release it later than usual.

Also, I didn't think of something. Usually, NEXON patches the week after they posted the Patch Informations. Since the last week they posted them, I guess they won't delay it. Well, let's just hope they won't.

Why do people pull random numbers out of their asses?

Nexon does not patch every 3 weeks, it's once a month, well, I do believe there may have been a time where they honestly didn't patch an entire month, but that's rare. That's not to say they will patch the 2nd of March, then patch the 2nd of April. They could patch March 13, then April 28th. There is not a set time period in between patches, hell, we can't even say they ALWAYS occur on Wednesday, or Thursday. I mean, they've been on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, EST anyways.

Do not try to set your watches by the way Nexon does thing, cause you'll screw up your timing entirely, it just wouldn't work out well. The patch will come in the next week or two, that's all you need to worry about. They haven't delayed anything, as they haven't given an official date for the patch to begin with. They may usually do certain things, like patching after events end, or such, but it's not 100% guaranteed.

Have some patience.

Ironically, you got it right. I guess there is a pattern, after all...

I guess the reason they try not to announce stuff ahead of time is that it always ends up with 23 pages of hype.

Pretty unlikely there will be goggle equips, or any of the suggested PQ sections, unless they were particularly mentioned by Prose (ie a JQ)

MapleStory will be going through a scheduled update on Wednesday, March 4th, 2009.
