Never mind, I was looking at the wrong Chaos scroll. The event versions had a 100% curse rate (and also a 100% success rate). The regular chaos scroll is just 60% success.


That's weird though, I definitely remember early Chaos Scroll information stating that it always destroyed:

Chaos scrolls have always been completely random. I believe they work the same way in all versions as far as stat changes go...

Anyways, what is this "curse rate" you mention? Is it just break rate? Or does it do something completely unrelated to the item?

hmmm why is pink been chillin behind them? or are they so uber pro that they collected all the drops and their "you have gained x exp" msg on the right side dissapeared all before the death animation even began? kudos to them

Yeah, curse rate is just the same thing as the break rate.

From the looks of it, Pink Been is a pretty cool guy. Doesn't mind if he was killed by the Mapler, he still manages to chill with them at the after party.

I find it funny how whenever something like this is posted, people automatically assume its some sort of keylogger, especially since long time users of this forum know that I'm legit and I intend to stay that way.
