I love pictures like this. I feel like doing the gay "sauce" thing.

Not full on nudity, but it doesn't leave it all to the imagination either.

Unless I'm mistaken, it's Tsuruya from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. Though it is a bit difficult to tell because of the lack of clothes and the generic long hairstyle, I'm pretty sure the colour, part, and tooth are the indicators.
