Impossible to change password now?

Yeah so I wanted to use my spearman because i got tired of my CB. But my SPEARMAN wason an old account so i did the pw reset thing and got my new random PW. Sadly i cant log into the actual game with the temporary password. Not only that but when i try change it it asks for my last name and DOB. I put my DOB but when i registerd i put in some BS last name and now i cant change it. Seriously what kind of stupid thing requires a last name..

anyway to change my PW or bypass the stupid last name thing?

Go to the Customer Service - Ticket page.Your last name should be there.

i think you can find it in the ticket secion but seriously why would you use a BS name its really your own fault for doing somehting liek that and they use your last name for security messures
