We are aware of the channel crashes that have been occurring in North America (NA) Reboot World on January 11 and January 12 PST. Our teams are currently investigating these crash issues to address them as soon as we can.*We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused*and will provide an update*on top of this post when there are additional details to share.

[Updated January 12 at 2:01 AM PST]*After investigation, we've identified the issue that caused the crashes and applied the fix to the NA Reboot channels. Please note that each channel may crash once before the fix is applied.
