Compensation for Unscheduled Downtime

Due to the extended game update and unscheduled maintenances on Wednesday, March 11, and Friday, March 13, we have decided to give the following compensation. Please see below for details:

• Cash items have been extended for the duration the game was down, as well as an additional 24 hours. This has been applied in Wednesday’s unscheduled maintenance.
  
• We’ll be holding an extended 2x EXP & Drop event at the following times:
  • Saturday, March 14, 2015
    1 AM - 9 AM Pacific (4 AM - 12 PM Eastern)
    3 PM - 11 PM Pacific (6 PM - 2 AM Eastern)
    

All accounts will receive two 2x EXP Coupons and two 2X Drop Coupons. These items will be given out in the minor patch on March 13. Click the gift box icon on the left side of the game window to receive your items.

As part of the compensation for the unscheduled downtime, we are giving everyone two 2x EXP Coupons and two 2x Drop Coupons. These coupons will be available after the minor patch on March 13. They have a 7-day duration and will give you 1 hour of 2x when you double-click the coupon. Just click the gift box icon on the left side of the game window to receive your coupons!

So coupons, 7 days until expiration, lasts 1 hour each.
