Lol. In MSEA u can get those from an event quest, but if i'm not wrong, they expire

I believe it's permanent since it doesn't have an expire date on it like MSEA.

I used 3 tickets and didn't get one. Ugh, I'll just buy one for like 3m when the prices drop because of the over abundance. xD
