[NOTICE] In-Game Reporting

Hi all,

Our Customer Support team would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with the in-game reporting feature for MapleStory. This issue is preventing these reports from being registered on our end if submitted in-game.

As such, if you would like to report a player who is breaking our rules, please do so by sending an email to customer support or by posting a new thread in the "Moderator Contact" section.

The email to reach Customer Support is customersupport@nexon.net. In your email write the game title in the subject field, and include the following information in the body: Your character name / server / account name, and the player you are reporting, as well as the time/date of when the player was in game, what they are being reported for, as well as their location in game.
