[Complete] Unscheduled Minor Patch - December 4, 2014

What will be unavailable:

• All MapleStory game servers.
  

Changes and Updates:

• Applying an Equipment Trace that used a Fusion Anvil will now correctly apply the fused graphic to the new item.
  
• Some pieces of equipment that were enhanced before the v.157 update were incorrectly displaying blue stars, preventing them from being able to receive Star Force. The blue stars have been removed and the items should receive Star Force now.
  
• The NPC "The Lost Grey" will now appear in the Event Hall for all characters eligible to participate in the Cosmos Knockout dungeon.
  
• Equip Enhancement Scrolls will display their correct success rates.
  

Well, at least they're fixing some things quickly instead of leaving it for months at a time or sweeping it under the rug?

I don't get why two days in a row they decide to do this during their peak playing hours. It just annoys people. But whatever, they're fixing pomegranate at least.

Guess I won't be doing the attendance event today.

Wish they would put up an in-game notice before kicking you off. Even one min prior to disconnecting would've been nice.

Nothing about logging issues? I was having some problem to log in with the game launcher .

Caught the notice on here 2 minutes before the game went down, which gave me just barely enough time to get back to fm1 and clear out my shop. Come on Nexon, is it really that hard to give everyone a 15 minute notice via the blue text spam...?

They did put up a notice maybe 20-30mins before the patch, but I think they only put up one notice (instead of spamming it like they do sometimes).

A marquee message would've been nice.

[Complete] The maintenance is complete as of 7:00 PM Pacific. Cash items in your inventory have been extended to cover the amount of time the game was unavailable. Currently the minor patch is not available through Nexon Launcher or Steam. We are working on these issues and will update this post when they are resolved.

Players who are still effected by the blue star issue should provide an update in this thread, preferably including a screenshot.
  
• The NPC "The Lost Grey" will now appear in the Event Hall for all characters eligible to participate in the Cosmos Knockout dungeon.
  
• Equip Enhancement Scrolls will display their correct success rates.
  
• The messaging that displays for items that cannot be enhanced with Star Force has been corrected and no longer references Miraculous Enchantment Scrolls.
  
• Zero characters can no longer be created unless an account has at least one character Lv. 100 or above.
  

Anyone with a sweetwater set that had blue stars did not have theirs fixed. Looks like they need another patch again lol.
