Surpassing 15 Star Tyrant Equip
#21
Question Wrote:ok tell me what will happen to the gear I will tell you

I going to use some ee on my gollux pendant which is + 8 and it stats is 52 to all and 37 attack

I use 5 star using reg ee or aee on it and I fail to get any good stats it stats is still 52 to all and 37 attack

now time to starforce and it still 5 star atm and I use starforce and I fail now it 4 star? will I lose stats base on random reg ee? or will I lose stats base on starforce preset?

what happen If I break that item ?

and u will get a the same stats as scroll? nope

u will lose stats instead cuz the preset of the star is 5 and that is 15 stats ur new gear will become weaker that why reg ee and aee suck it ruin starforce
1.SF = EE so basically you would lose no stats.
2.you can only break the item from 12 stars and above, if you do so the item well explode but you'll get a trace of the Item's stats pre SFing/EEing (aka all the scrolled stuff you used) and you'll have to combine the trace with another clean item (you keep item Pot as well) and will have to SF it from the ground.
3.So basically the only thing that matters is that you'll have to SF everything AGAIN and get the same clean item.

starforce it not EE or AEE

starforce is preset just MEE or superior set

you go use reg ee on item u will not always get the same stats It always random

you use starforce you will always get the same stats and lost

it's only equivalent to MEE from 15+ and EE/AEE aren't random they are based on your items current stats , I know this very well because I friggin aee'd my rod before sf and got 7/6 matk and after sf i kept getting that 7/6 matk.

that cuz you using on weapon also tell me something why do you get + 3 int sometime on reg ee and sometime you get + nothing? sometime you get + hp and mp? where those stats come from?

what about armor? did you ever try using reg ee or aee on armor? you will get random stats always
try using same gear throw few ee they will all have diff stats

now try star force using all same gear they will all end up exact same stats

also starforce is everything preset from 1-25 star it always preset

it only that 15+ star you get attack

think like this MEE 1-5 star = stats 6+ star = attack
starforce 1-15 star = stats 16+ star = attack

I guess the question is whether the item "remembers" its stats before Enhancing, and puts those in the Trace,
or it calculates them by decrementing the stars.

If it remembers, you will lose the Superior enhancements.
If it calculates, you won't.
Personally I believe it calculates. Especially as there are items around that already have some stars from EE and no Trace kept.

Ok here's what im gathering from the video:

-Only Extra Stats get Passed, Ergo you will lose the Base 50 stats and 30att per equipment, maybe a little less depending on the base stat of each equipment.

-Set effect of 3 will not cover completely the lost stats from the Base.

-Since the equipment is 160, you will get that Increased Potential Tier.

-Also since equipment is not Superior you will be able to go beyond 15 stars. (I correct myself on the finishing the 15 star with protection, i forgot protection only works till the 12 star iirc, so its no boom 2-3b per try dunno if cs scroll to protect losing the scroll works on this).

All in all, if you are lucky enough to get to 25 star then its seriously worth it (You cover the base stat of tyrants + extra stats), It's also somewhat worthy on itself since you get to the 160+ Tier for Potentials (That's like 1-5% extra stat per line / per tier no?).

If you feel lucky, do it, but quite honestly only do it for Tyrant Gears, the Set Effect is kinda meh beyond that (Not enough to replace the 4 set from Fafnir), and the Extra Potential lines you get for the Bottom may cover extra % from the other 3 items you need to complete the SW set. (Also Twice enhancement stats from the combo instead of just overall)

oh I miss that base equipment stats so you only lose 50 base stats and 30 attack per equipment however the 3 set effect cover some part of

but getting to 22 star will grand you additional attack and stats which I believe atleast since it 160 gear it preset is higher than tyrant which is like 16 star +10 attack 17 + 11
18 star + 12
19 + 13
20 + 14
21 + 16
22 + 18

you will have +94 more attack once you reach 22 star

that isn't proof of anything cuz you don't know what type of ee or starfoce he used also kms has additional option potential

Like many people have said before, if you boom your item, its game over. Realistically speaking getting to 22 stars is more or less like winning the lotery, since afaik no kind of Boom protection scroll exist for 15+ stars that its compatible with Star Force System.

When bad pomegranate can happen, it will happen.

I did mention it before, if he feels lucky, go for it.

Me? My luck is complete and utter crap, i have boomed several items with 1% clean slates before (Lucky they where unimportant items but still)

You also need to consider or at least hypothesize the the context of the video. His constant checking of the mesos indicates to me that he was intentionally trying to use it all. Intentionally foregoing a Chance Time on the Tyrant Cape indicates he does not care about ranking up. From these two pieces of information, I surmise that this was something akin to a quitting type video.

Your perceived ease of 22 Stars based on the apathy he has for his items is probably miscorrelated. If this was some real attempt at enhancing you might be able to draw that conclusion, but it is clear to me, based on Tyrant Cape bit, that this is not meant to be a serious attempt at all.

As for your whole plan in general, it is necessary to consider the item you are risking blowing up. Not that it has any bearing on this general statement, but every piece of equipment he destroyed is relatively easily replaced, how many Sweetwater Capes, Shoes and Gloves do you have access to? How many exist in an entire server? How frequently are they replenished?

you got point .. anyway the boom rate is so low even if it break I can just re startforce it
I heard you only need 1-2 gear to reach 22 star.. also going for 23 star is stupid I just found out it 3% success and he is trying to break his item

No you can't. You will lose the Superior Item enhancement stats if you break it, i'm 90% sure of it.

im sure I wont lose that superior item stats cuz I still 90% sure you lose stats base on preset

anyway we will known soon

I will do some test using a 5 star tyrant when starforce come too see if I do lose the stats or not

good thing we can always test thing b4 we try the real thing

and im sure Im correct

Okay so the superior items stats come from the enhancing that you do on a tyrant items (which has the superior label) enhancing a regular item (the sw items in this case) would be treating it as if it were a normal item, so if star force works as I've seen it it would take all the enhancements that you had from the tyrant enhancements and toss them in the trash, leaving only whatever you used to scroll the tyrant equip with (which only has upto 4 slots so it wouldn't be that great).

Now if we were to put into consideration that star force goes back to the last "protected" star (IE the 10 star 15 star 20star base save) then after you got to the 15th star you'd be safe, however I have not seen this happen yet so I doubt this is the case.

Maybe 1 star, but if you break as in explode the item you will completely lose it all.

As a matter of fact, with how dumb nexon does things sometimes, i doubt they don't save the information (Stat gained) of each star with the item, so the game knows what stats to subtract exactly when the star is lost.

But i agree, this thing should probably be tested before drawing any final conclusion on the matter.

From what I comprehend:

star force gives normal equips a good amount of stat (and in especially nice amount after 15 stars), but it will not surpass the bonus of a tyrant, ever. However, tyrants can only gain 15 stars, while normal equips can get 25.

star force = ee system now when it comes to weapons, only it costs mesos instead of scrolls.

when an item blows up through star force, an EXACT COPY of the equip is left behind as an equip trace. If you get a clean version of the equip, it can be restored.... only to be blown up again, most probably.

GL doing that with tyrants, especially if it's not cape. for SW stuff it shouldn't be so bad.

I'm still wondering about the "tradeable once" predicament with equip traces. What happens if a PSOK'd equip is blown up in KMS?

Also, MEEs are a broken system pls don't even mention them.
