Changes and Updates:

Master Craftsman's Cubes received from the Bounty Hunter event will no longer have a chance to downgrade equipment's Potential rank.

Derp, lost a RLH key because I didn't notice they'd announced this all of 10 minutes in advance.

Thank goodness I went to nap (it's 5pm here) and didn't cube my Epic XBM secondary. That's a really long USC to fix this problem alone though...?

surprising they have an unsched for this thought they would left it so more ppl would buy cubes after the down grade

PS... i was sleeping, right... and i woke up just now, when my computer fan noises changed when maple dcd. sigh

I also note that it doesn't have the correct image sprite for an MCC. In fact, it says it's an MCC, it looks like a Meister cube, and it works like an Occult cube!

There's a certain minimum amount of time it takes them to take all the servers down and bring them back up again. I seem to remember some Nexon rep saying it takes about two hours.
Actually installing the patch takes the same amount of time regardless of the number of changes.
Testing the fix(es) can take longer depending on how many there are and how hard they are to test.
