Yumichika says he won't be able to repel Bambi's attacks with Hoozukimaru, and then proceeds to use kidou around Ikakku. I'm not sure if Hoozukimaru is a translation error since it doesn't make much sense, so I'll have to wait for MangaStream.

Okay, so MangaStream clears up that he was talking about Hoozukimaru (and not Fuji/Ruriiro Kujaku), but Hoozukimaru was the subject and not himself.

On the other hand... "Kurotsuchi is a genius... though I surpass him... oh and this breaks in one shot." Well, his appearance later in the chapter reminded me why he's so awesome in the first place, so I could care less if he's not the best scientist (which he shouldn't be, but the worf effect was certainly there). MangaStream's translation made it more acceptable by adding "at a moment's notice." And the tilde used in Mangareader is not as effective as the wording MangaStream uses. I'm OK.

All this talk surrounding Giselle and hir gender is so vulgar compared to the rest of the manga. Feels so out of place, like Masaki's nip slip. Nice facial expressions s/he's making, though.

That bit with the dress was the most random thing i have seen in bleach in sooo long...

The only thing I can say is...

After waiting many chapters for Ichigo to make it back to Soul Society and woop some ass with his increased powers, all we got was him throwing 1 attack at the lighthing Quincy and then proceed to prepare and go back to the soul king's palace for again many chapters. Seriously what the pineapple?

Well, looks like we now know what that scientist Arancar had tucked away for research material!

Also people are speculating that the cover with Ichigo, Orihime and the others are the last standing people on soul societys side.. (probably not)

People are speculating aswell that Hitsugaya isn't actually dead since Gisselle said that only Quincies need to die first to be turned into zombies, although facing against Mayuri, I wouldn't hold my hopes up that he will try to save him at all.

I really hope he isn't dead, it would be as bad, if not worse than when As'nodt or w.e "killed" Byakuya at the start of this arc. For a character as iconic or representative of the series as him to barely do nothing and die behind the scenes... well it would suck.

One more thing, if Gisselle will just start pulling people and people out of her ass like that tis gonna start getting annoying quick, all the more considering there are like 10 other quincies fighting around at the same time that we are yet to see.

Glad I read bleach first, that was so anti climatic and predictable. Bleach is like the guy trying to be really complex but is a complete façade.

Suddenly, Hitsugaya is competent.

Yumichika unhesitatingly tries to use Ruriiro Kujaku, but is struck down before he can. Well, Ikkaku was unconscious and all, but Yumichika had no time to think that so it was either out of rage/desperation or because he did come out. He is using kidou, like everyone has noticed already.
