I could have sworn that while I climbed out of Bronze to Gold V where I am now, I was getting around 20 LP from victories and losing around 10 from defeats. But I've been stuck in Gold V for a while and I just realized I am getting around 10 LP from victories and losing around 20 LP from defeats. Someone help me out and tell me what the heck is going on? is it supposed to be like this, was it changed recently or is it due to me losing over 50 matches in the Gold V league, or what?

it seems incredible stupid this way. There's no way I can get out of Gold V if every 2 right steps I take are undone for a single unlucky match even more when it doesn't compleetly depend on me.

Yes, LP gain is based on MMR. If your MMR is higher than the average MMR of the division, you'll gain a lot more LP on wins and lose less on losses, but if you go on a big losing streak, your MMR will get tanked and so will your LP gains.

The only way to raise your MMR is to go on a winning streak.

Focus on your mechanical skills and decision making. In your elo, maybe consider playing all roles to a favorable level. Only way to raise your MMR is to win basically.

Had to take a bit of a forced vacation.

Temp banned cause I'm a rager. On a better note, got my smurf from Bronze 3 to Silver 4 in two days. Why can't I have this luck on my main? Lol.

My MMR is taking a major dump because... well, I can't even give a motherfucking reason. AFK in every game (duh on my team), major feeding. I'm playing boringly, going about even every game, taking objectives when available, and team just gets caught EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have two wins in my ten most recent matches, half of which are ranked. I'm just afraid of dropping to Silver if I keep playing ranked. I don't even know what has happened, because this is all very recent. I. CANNOT. WIN. Some higher power has forbade it.
