Yup, should be anyway, a friend had +27 ATT as the top line for Legendary and I locked it and reset and that line jumped down to the middle. Landed 50% buff duration in about 8 resets on the top line.

so the process now should be:

get legendary
lock rank and reset until you get something good in the first line
lock rank and useful legendary line, reset until the second line is now useful too
do the same locking the two useful lines until you have 3 useful legendary lines

Good luck getting enough honor for that with this current system.

The only reason to use medals before the revamp is to get circulators. The amount of honor you get post-revamp is actually based on your level rather than your honor level as was thought previously.

For the love of god hoard circulators. I wish someone had told me.
Use circ to get to unique -> pts to reset for legendary. If you derank to epic you can use circulators and not waste those precious points.

I don't think any of them drop more than one at a time, but pretty much every "major" boss except both Ranmarus drop them.

Good luck getting enough honor for that with this current system.

You can't get to Legendary by using circs. Use them to get to Unique, and from that point use your honor points to rank up to Legendary.

You can use NX circs to rank up to Legendary, but they're really not worth it.

I'm done with this stupid system. 200k nx of miracle circulators and 300k points = 30 locked resets, not even a crit% shown up. Even shouted [MENTION=2375]Mazz[/MENTION]; name, nothing. Really want to stop funding my Zero, but nexon keeps giving me this shyt. My Dawn is waiting for awhile already, gonna ignore IA and move on to Dawn.

roughly 150k in circulators so far and no sign of +1 attack speed in case anyone is wondering about rates

I just bought 14k NX worth of NX circulators, trying to upgrade from unique to legendary. No dice. So I'll try it using the honor points, which I assume will mean that it has an opportunity to go back to Epic. I'm definitely going to upgrade to legendary, as I tried keeping my rank at unique and kept trying to get a line worth anything to no avail, while wasting ~40k honor points.

Be careful, the points can downgrade from Unique to Rare!
