This basically. If there was no Tyrant Gloves, no one would even care about Kritias at all, outside the few of us that actually like questing.

I'll probably get a bit of hate for this, but oh well.

Kinda on the fence about bosses being nerfed.

I mean, aside from Hell Mode Gollux/the rarity of the Superior Pendant (and maybe Chaos Vellum), the prices for a majority of gears has plummeted substantially... but even those boss drops have deflated.

Empress is pocket change, as are the drops from Queen/Von Bon.
The cheapest Tyrant Cloaks are down to 550m in Scania, which is just barely worth the price of a scissor.

Should they make the bosses easier, it's not going to be worth the trouble to even boss for the drops unless guildmates or friends need them; which I'm all for getting things for your friends, but from a merching point of view, it makes it harder to get ahead in the game without buying nx to do so.

The problem here isn't entirely that the bosses are too hard, but more so that the gap between "noobs" and "funded" players is too great. I think Nexon fails to realize this, and to even fix it, they would have to revamp the whole system instead of just nerfing bosses a bit.

I don't find that logic to be the least bit disagreeable. I think it will make the game even more stagnant, to be honest.

I think they should nerf middle stage bosses but no high ones, for example Empress and Normal magnus, now CRA and Hard magnus should stay the same, other thing would be buffing the Gollux pendant drop rate.

Main problem is that the content in this game still doesn't have any sense of progression... it's all literally based off potential...Which is where the core problem lies. Entire damn game needs to be reworked, this is just a bandaid that's gonna get the wound infected soon.

Why are you even making the argument in the first place? There's nothing in this highlight list that says bosses are going to be nerfed. So why are you bringing it up out of left field? Even as I look through all of the info on the You & I series, there's one 'nerf' to a boss. They reduced normal Zak's HP. You know, Zak, that boss who has been irrelevant for literally years? So please explain to me where this is all coming from? What major piece of information am I missing from all of this that would make your concern appropriate for this conversation? (Seriously, I want to know.)

Using pots isn't the issue. It's that some players have crazy pings and legit can't pot fast enough. It takes a whole .5 seconds for my potions/consumables to register, and this is just going to make things that much worse.

So I WAS going to wait until tomorrow but everyone is so anxious So sorry about the tease! I'm just gonna tell you now.
A lot of you speculated and a lot of you were correct. We are very close to 1 million 'likes' on Facebook and we are announcing the celebration week we will have (when we hit 1 million) tomorrow. Included in this celebration will be the chance to win 1 million maple points and an iPad air (!!! wait till you see it!!!)and 50,000 maple points for runner ups. There will be a little treat in game too- obviously we already kicked off the Special Beauty Coupon event. I hope that you guys aren't disappointed! I'm really excited for this To address the other stuff you guys mentioned in this thread- AH, Kritias, etc those in game things are still being worked on. I can tell you Kritias is probably coming late summer AND we are pushing for "A Better Maple" initiatives such as the debuffing of bosses, the value of PQs, wedding ring effect, and so on.
