Not really much there just some promotional speech about sailing and nothing about the mechanics or anything.

I'm kind of interested to see what else is in Dawnveil. Will this remain between GMS, CMS and TMS(?)? Or will KMS get this as well?

Confirming that the ring stops damage reduction for DA when your HP drops below whatever %.

The spoiler text basically says:

As a dual blade using no fafnirs, but a 258atk empress dagger and 140atk empress katara, I am excited to see how the item upgrades will work when it hits GMS. I can only hope it won't be another disappointment.

On a positive side, this seems to give a bit of new value to less desired class equips (like empress bowman), being transformed to all class

So, anyway, there's also data on other Commerci stuff. Like the sea battles I guess. I think you get a ship (a fleet of ships?) and you have to level it (there's sailing EXP). 3 types of ships in total, each type has 10 levels and I think you transition from one to the next after each set of ten levels, which increases the cargo you can hold and enables one of the skills, and you're supposed to do stuff like trade with certain ports a certain amount of times, which I think awards you coins. In each of these "missions", I guess, a different set of monsters appear. Looks like there's an energy system (I believe you can only act when you have enough energy).

It's all just variables with few strings, besides describing what the objective is, for example, "在百草堂进行25次贸易", so there's not really much to go on.

They must have played AC 4 while making this content.

Yeah, sea battles were unheard of until Assassins Creed 4 came out. They were clearly playing Wind Waker HD instead.

There's probably some good backstory/influence behind Commerci, mostly since it seems to based on the idea of port towns in tropical climates, it seems to take influence from a bunch of different real world locations.

Plus, the sea content in this patch is sea merchant trading, not pirates. I think it's an idea that expands on the Maple World quite nicely. We've seen a bunch of flying continents, but as we get deeper into the main continent it's more varied, including land based travel (Kupo's ride) and sea based travel (Commerci)

Those DA rings are pretty cool, I wish they would add more interesting stuff like that to the game.

They should have made the rings work with Cross Over Chains as well.

A long time ago, 阿库旁多 was originally a race that co-existed with us. Although we weren't on the best terms, but from what I knew, it wasn't so bad that we would invade each other. [For the sake of transliterating that name into something nice, I'll call it Aquabank, because it reads as Ah-Ku-Bang-Do.]

Although Commerci is now the leading trading country, but in the past they relied primarily on fishing. [The Chinese text is not quite as properly-worded as I thought! The capital's name just has an extra "sung" in front of it in Chinese.]

From then on, Aquabank started to view us as enemies. They probably feel that their living area/livelihood [more like a place, as in habitat or neighbourhood] was getting destroyed, and thus view us so. All in all, ever since then, they started wandering around in small groups, attacking travellers/explorers and traders.

Hence, we feel that this time we should teach them (Aquabank) a lesson.

Yet in recent years, through large amounts of trading, Commerci gradually became wealthy, and now is close behind Governance in terms of development. As such, Commerci naturally became a thorn in the flesh to Governance.

凯梅尔兹有很多商团，其中占据首位的就是我们达尼尔拉商团，但还有一个特来敏商团，规模与我们不相上下。

Commerci has many trade unions, of which the leading one is our 达尼尔拉 trade union, but there is also a 特来敏 trade union of about the same size/strength as us. [达尼尔拉 = Da-Ne-Er-La, could be transliterated as Danela; 特来敏 = Te-La-Min, transliterates into something like Teramin.]

Actually, if you look at the world map from the RED microsite, you'll notice that, though the area is Commerci, one of the cities (the capital, probably) is "San Commerci". Thanks for the translations.

Probably not. when Dark Knights fight mobs or bosses with cross over chains active, their hp generates right back to 100%

I was actually more concerned about Phantom than DrK, but I suppose a lucky red card proc can mitigate the loss of HP.
