When I was at the Hayato/Kanna room (stage 10 or 20), a friend of mine on stage 9 was made to skip to stage 11. Then when I was on the final (ranmaru) stage, 2 people couldn't enter and had to forfeit.

I'm going to assume that Sengoku High prevents you from moving onto the next room if it were to send you to a room that's already occupied. And with that assumption in mind, I believe the reason why passes get swallowed may be because the game was trying to send you to an occupied room, but couldn't.

Hm...and now there's talk of an exploit for Oda coins =.=

It gives 20%drop, account movable once, so you can't buy from people.

Of course they can't reproduce the issue.
They have one tester run through it and of course they always succeed.
They won't be able to see the glitch happen until they try having two testers do it on the same channel at the same time - and by the time they think of that they'll already know what the bug is and won't need to reproduce it, just head straight to the code to fix it.

It's an event that isn't tied to any holiday or class release or specific patch (other than the Black Friday and lolUnleashed coins, that can easily be changed). Nothing to stop them shutting it down now, fixing it at their leisure, and bringing it back when it's good and ready.
Cash shop tickets already sold will largely have to be refunded anyway, the way people are complaining about them getting eaten up.

I have found another bug related with Sengoku High.

You'd lose your monkey (as a Cannonneer) when you exit Sengoku High.

I doubt that's a bug. If I'm recalling correctly we get the 90% off sale every single time the 3!6!9! event comes around.

In-game notice says Unscheduled Maintenance in ~7 minutes.

Hopefully they tackle some of the bigger bugs that have popped up.

Might be a bit late, but I'm sure you guys have noticed that RLH is down right now.
Good news is, the event will be extended.
No ETA on when it'll be fixed.
