I don't care for pokemon at all but I did watch the pokemon movies as a kid.
Especially the one with mewtwo was actually interesting to me

It's called Pokemon: The Origin. I believe it has been subbed into English now, so you can probably find it online somewhere, but if you wait until 15th November you can watch it dubbed on the pokemon website.

EDIT: Watched it, it was a horrible.
Animation was great but everything was horrible.
