I wish they would reveal characters that weren't obviously going to be in the game, like Luigi and Peach. I can't imagine anyone was surprised at either of those two "reveals".

It seems like he's basically announcing them as they're ready to show. Especially since he isn't even sure peach is done or that her moves will be kept as shown.

I'm really unsure about that method of development though. Why not have a general idea of each characters' move sets, implement, and then tweak? Right now he makes it sound like he does them one at a time with tweaks in between so that new characters are balanced with existing ones and vice versa.

That sounds like what he does do really. Probably not the best method, but I would think running this blog type thing where we are all grasping for any information isn't helping.

Now that I think about it, what little we did see in brawls initial trailer didn't change much in the final game either, did it?

I'm expecting Mewtwo to make a return in this game with his 2 new Mega Evolutions.
It's a toss-up between Mewtwo and Lucario really, but Mewtwo has gotten a lot more focus this gen.
