I'm sure you have all wondered how maplestory would compare to in real life.
No? Too bad.

1lvl=1year would probably be messed up. Conversation:

LVL200:"WHAT YOU SAY? TURN MY HEARING AID UP PLZ!"
See what i mean? Barely anybody lives 80+ years, let alone 200.
Possibly 1lvl=½ a Year
This could still be messed up in some ways.. Can't think of any right now,But it seems to be the best level/time ratio we could get.

Class could possibly be noted by the naming of class/job, and that it might be an occupation of some sort.
Every time you "Level up" i'm guessing you would unlock more pages in your skill book, allowing you to read and understand more skills.

PASSIVE SKILLS[/SIZE] Probably a very detailed description or instructions on how to do a certain skill, relating to the "Zatch bell" anime, everytime zatch gets stronger, his spell book has new and stronger attacks added into it.
[SIZE="3"]ACTIVE SKILLS[/SIZE]: A suggestion could be that the skill book grants
the ability or power to do something. Maybe extra strength for power strike, or the motivation to help others to heal them.
[SIZE="3"]RAISING SKILLS[/SIZE] Raising skills might add more details to a description or just be automatic with a level up.

Stats could possibly be the will or consent to learn more about becoming better at that, like a exercise to help one get better at their Strength,Dexterity,and Intelligence.
Luck could possibly be a different mechanic, of which i cannot think of.
Raising HP/MP might be as gaining weight or studying magic.
Additional stats such as hands and accuracy could be based on skill or the knowledge of the main ability. (Dexterity,Strength.)
Weapon/Magic attack would be the same as maple, based on your weapon,equips,and stats. (Strength,Intelligence)
Strength: Physical Ability
Dexterity: Eyesight?
Intelligence: Intelligence (duh >_> )
Luck: ???

Im unsure how meso gain would work in the "real world," but a meso ratio could be thought up by myself.

Several suggestions for prices would probably be to lower everything by 1 of the 1st digit of the price.(For one, just subtract half.)
A.K.A.: 345 would turn into 245,1786would turn into would turn into 1286.
If selling items to an NPC, sometimes the NPC might not want/will not have meso
to sell. Some stores may not even buy most items that a character may try to sell.( snail shells, newbie weapons, etc.)
When a monster drops meso, the meso will probably be decreased in the same manner of NPC items, but with the 2nd digit. Some low level monsters may not even drop items.
