That's nice in theory, but I didn't get a thing when opening it. It told me I needed slots in use, or equip, and vanished.

I... can't believe it... I missed the WABR hot time... =(

Nevermind. Back to studying. Exams in under a month.

Mine told me I needed slots and vanished too. So much for getting the Hero hat for my Aran.

Yup, mine disappeared too. It said I didn't have enough inventory space and it was gone.
[MENTION=10355]Girasol[/MENTION]; Please look into this. I see that there are a lot of people who have this problem.

Mine worked. Though I saw that others had trouble and took extra steps.
There were 15 or more free slots in every category, including the first 2 rows clear, and I moved the gift box and the hat box from first row to 4th row before clicking on it. Whether that made a difference, or I was just lucky I don't know.

Worked on a second account too. This time I did nothing special except make sure there was loads of free space. The first row was not clear and I did not move the boxes before opening.

Edit:
OK failed on 3rd account. This one only had one free equip slot, though 6 free use slots, 4 free etc. slots, 3 free setup slots.
When trying to open the hat box it complained about lack of space but then deleted the hat box anyway.
So make sure you have lots of equip space. One is not enough

Edit: 4th account - fail because not level 30
5th account - 4 free slots for equip, use, etc. ->Worked.

No problems on my side.
Make sure you have at least 1 Equip-Slot and 2 Use-slots.
I had at least 6 Slots in every category, in case it glitched and gave me all 5 Hats.
Using the Hottime-Box gives you the Herohat-Box. The Herohat-Box lets you decide what Hat you want.
