[Complete] Unscheduled Maintenance - May 5, 2013

Can everyone who got hellbanned list how many mesos total are on the hellbanned account? Also list meso counts on any accounts that aren't hellbanned. I'm thinking they just hellbanned anyone with 10B+

My mule account has around 10B, it's definitely slightly more or slightly less not 100% sure on which.
The other account had less than 10B but something was probably bought by a hacker.

amusing really, after carefully resisting the temptation of duped mounts, and avoiding carefully by not selling stuff to maplsec people....

Being hellbanned means you can't even drop items from your inventory? even untradeable ones? what the hell.

My inventory is full and I can do literally nothing about it, which stops me from opening my hot day reward. I can understand not being able to trade with other players, but not being able to use storage or drop items? that's really dumb.

• Accounts involved in the hacking are being investigated.
  
• Accounts associated with the hackers are being investigated
  
• Certain accounts involved with the hack mentioned above have been permanently banned.
  
• Certain items involved with the hack mentioned above have been deleted.
  
• Certain accounts that require further investigation have been trade blocked while the investigation is underway.
  
• The May 5 Hot Day has been extended to run through May 6.

You keep telling yourself that, Nexon. I understand being blocked from trading to others but if the item movement is occurring inside the account or useless items are dropped, that certainly has nothing to do with your investigations and everything to do with pissing off all the people who were trade-banned for whatever reason.

I have 2 mule accounts that didn't transfer anything through storage in the past day that aren't hellbanned, and my main that did is hellbanned.

To ya'll that cant open the box. Its cause 8th ani medal is one of a kind so if you want a exp card twice on same char (from yesterday and today) you have to drop your ani medal.

Tho its kinda sad they didnt really compensate us for downtime (hot time box isnt a compensation imo :/)

They gave out the Hot Time boxes again, even if you got it once before, but apparently you can't open them?

You can open it once you drop the 8th anniversary medal that the first one gave you.
I've levelled up three characters. Nothing Hellbanned yet, but I didn't buy or sell anything in FM in past week or so.

Edit: For 10B meso cutoff theory: None of my accounts hellbanned, max amount on main account is around 1.5B, others like 50M

Why even bring the game up if they're just going to hellban EVERYONE?...

Well, yes my account has a little over 10b. I was saving for a new weapon.

There's actually no reason for me to play right now because my whole account is hell ban.
Does anyone know how long this "hellban" process takes? 2 days? a week? a month? Do we need to send a stupid ticket and contact "customer support"?
