Lots of people don't have crit rings though. And can't evo ring 3 be replaced by a good 2nd tier pot?

I'm not saying it's a bad option. I'm just saying it isn't worth it and it isn't always the ideal set up.

Yeah the evo ring is less so but why would i want to cube a second tier item myself you know? I would spend more to get a 10% increase in stats than i would if i just bought an item with that increase.

Jewel can possibly replace evo3 if you are lucky with chaos.

Except Empress set is level 140, so level 120 link-skill mules have no use for it.

Can't they be traded until they're worn though? I'm pretty sure that he was planning on getting Empress equips on his mules while training them and then trading the good pieces to his main(s).

"getting them Empress sets" is hard to read as "using them to farm Empress equips for my main", but maybe.

Oh, I actually read that with different emphasis on the word "them", which made it come across as slang for "those empress sets". Still, I suppose there's saying whether that's right not until Aircalibur comes to clarify.

2% exp vs. 8 more attack and 10 stat? Mehhhhhhhhhhhh, I suppose it could be helpful, but for end game I wouldn't say it is a reasonable option.

8 att and 10 stat won't get you terribly far if you're at party play. Most likely it will never impact hits to kill, which makes it viable, but since the point we're talking about is end game rings for damage purposes, and since the zeal ring is a s'hitty as f'uck ring, no, it isn't end game.

It's useless at lv200 before level cap is raised.

Zeal Ring also doesn't stack with Pendant of Spirit. Personally, I'd take the 10%-30% before the 2%.

Zeal is okay for evo world training if you lack of PoS, though.

As far as I can remember, it does stack provided you equip it before or possibly after the PoS.

2% is equivalent to getting one free kill every 50 mobs.

EDIT: Just to clear any ambiguity, that's only one free kill every 50 mobs.

The bonus exp from the ring and the pendant of spirit is only applied to base mob exp anyway. In party play scenarios the exp boost is pretty negligent on both of them, since the base exp is split from 6 other party members.
