No, you can't. Item Guard means nothing can be done to the item to change it.

Actually, you can use Cubes and Bonus Potential Cubes on an item that is locked. I don't know if you would be able to use Potential Locks but I don't see why not.

Why is it that the package that's probably the best deal is the Regular Miracle Cubes and Locks? I don't care about the locks, it's just the fact that you get 2 more cubes compared to just buying 3 11 packages.

I really wish they'd start honoring that 10% off on the highest liked item in cash shop again... It'd be nice to have super cubes 10% off always or 2x coupons.

Actually, you can use Cubes and Bonus Potential Cubes on an item that is locked. I don't know if you would be able to use Potential Locks but I don't see why not.

I'm 90% sure my Dual bow was already locked when I was using potential locks to get 30% boss on first line while preserving 30% ignore defence on 3rd line.
I locked it for a year after scrolling last May, and finalized cubing later in the fall.

I feel this too, the exact same sale occurred last time right before the Miracle Time. However, we knew weeks ahead of time that that Miracle Time was going to occur.
