Nexon posted a patch for KMST version 474 upgrade to version 475.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

There's patch notes on Insoya, but I can't verify their validity. It says 1.2.475 Patch Notes, but the date is listed at 4/1, though it was posted today.

 Spoiler

Monster Life updates, Dawn Warrior Revamp, Easy Mode Aky? (new pendant from normal Aky too?), Xerxes, Zak and Cygnus monster souls, and Maple Messenger update (multiple chats?), I think.
