Parwen at Hidden Street : Authorized Personnel Only

How do we get to "Hidden Street : Authorized Personnel Only"? I am trying to wrap up the quests for Magaita, but I can't seem to find this area even looking it up on HS and a few others didn't help.

Press up on the top of the central pillar at C-2 in Alcadno labs.

Thanks Issac, about wrapped up with these quests now and I gotta say the story is interesting. I'd like to see how it ends without being spoiled.

Oh and I don't want to bother making another thread, but would you mind telling me what the "upgraded" alchemists capes are like? I plan on doing the neutral route since it seems "right" unless there's something crazy about those capes.

It's somewhere but it's not spectacular. The PAC beats it.

They're only slightly better than the level 35 capes. They have like 8 speed/5 jump compared to 5 speed/3 jump. Not a big difference.

Also, I would naturally recommend following strategywiki, but in case you aren't, after you make the choice, pay Parwen another visit. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
