Yes I completely agree. I was going to leave out the specifics to our class because there are so many adventurers without hyper skills and this was more of a Kaiser vs. others discussion rather than a specific look into our class. Your post does illustrate how important hypers (and the patches that came with them in KMS) are for some of us and that is definitely worth noting.

So post-hypers (assuming we also get the UI upgrade), UI will beat out hurricane on mobs of 4+? Good to know.

What do you mean when you say that UI will beat hurricane on less than 4 mobs? At how many mobs is it better to use UI? If UI is hitting 240% * 4 and hurricane is at 260% post-hypers, would UI beat out hurricane at 2+ mobs?

this thread shouldn't be about hyper skills, but now about hayato.

I'm still wondering why there isn't an AD thread on hyper skills. So then at least all the hate/rage can go there instead of clogging up other threads.

I really hate that the expansion coupons they give out ALWAYS expire before the next patch. I didn't have 14 days of attendance for nothin'.

I got a popup telling me they were sorry blah blah blah and all I got was a 2x EXP coupon. .'/

I didn't even think I'd get compensation for anything so I ended up accidentally accepting that 2x coupon on my level 200 character. Whelp.

It must be terrible being able to have 100% avoidability and just ignore 99% of boss mechanics.

FYI, NL's can't even reach 100% Evasion Rate with 9999 Avoid. They only have 45% Dodge Rate from Shadow Shifter. They're also the only Thief besides NW at the moment without an Evasion Rate multiplier skill, a damage reduction skill, and a defensive multiplier skill.

You really can't complain on a Kaiser, for f'uck's sake.

Yeah it's no surprise NLs are trash. They have been since big bang and without getting the spotlight on hypers like cannoneer and demon slayer did they won't be very good for a while longer.

UI currently beats Hurricane on mobs of 4+ unless you hit cap. After hypers, UI wins on mobs of 2+.

Ahhhh I noticed this too and thought it was odd that they have worded it wrong.
It certainly makes levelling an easy mode.
With Shoukan, Holy Symbol, other exp modifiers and Monkey Spirit (if you are a kanna) you would be levelling insanely fast.

I want to correct what I originally said. I wasn't in the Toy Room specifically. I was in one of the other 4 spawn rooms because the Toy Rooms were all taken. The spawn increased worked in both rooms I tried (increasing the mob spawn to 6 mobs). However, I tried it in the Toy Room itself later on and id DID NOT work. It continued to only spawn 4 Jesters, much to my chagrin. Now my hope of it working in LHC is dwindling. But yes, adding 2 extra mobs is kinda like having Holy Symbol.

Something else I noticed is that I ran into the problem with the 1.5x coupon from Tot's Know-How where it doesn't seem to work. CC'ing and moving around didn't change anything. Relogging fixed it.

As a commentary, I love how Tot's Know-how for kanna basically let's you skip through levels 45-55 with almost no work. (2 drake quests, one run of aswan, and 4 quests for alcaster were all I needed to do. Everything else was just Tot's Know-How quests that took a few clicks and a few talky story line quests.) It was even better when it let me skip from 59-60.
