It's sad because I'm not from Beta, but I joined 6 months after scania was released

But that being said, I'm still an old player. Who remembers the old cursor and when there was no available quest log, you just had to guess when it was quest time?

Can't be bothered to indicate when they hit their current level, it's complicated. Listed pretty much purely in order of creation.


Same issue creating images of the characters, I guess I could but when would it be? My WK has had 6-7 completely different NX outfits. I have a pretty good idea of what level the warriors were at any one time, other characters not so much.


WK has been my highest leveled character since 45.

i personally don't think being a beta player is anything to be proud about.

Started on gMS Scania in June of 05. Got up to 45 before a bunch of friends convinced me to go to jMS, where I started a spearman. Got him to Lv98 before getting utterly bored and made a magician, but that was short lived and he only made it to Lv49.
Sold all my dragon knight's crap and made an assassin, which I had fun with because of a glitch in ludi maze PQ which allowed people to get 140k+ exp in a matter of seconds. I did 51 - 63 in 2 hours. LOL
Got bored with my assassin at Lv78, traded my claws for daggers and made a bandit, which I also had ended up quitting at Lv78. I quit for a while due to being bored, but returned soon after by making a page. Achieved level 78 before the IP ban, and I had quit jMS for a while again, but quickly resumed when the proxy method was found and hit 88.
My (technically) final jMS character was another bandit. Dex-less this time, as opposed to low dex with my first bandit. I left my bandit at Lv64 due due to the proxy being a tedious peach, and the fact that the English community became extinct.
I pretty much quit jMS at this point.

A few months after pirates were released in kMS, a bunch of jMSers went to kMS "try out" pirates before they release them in jMS, but we (mostly) ended up staying for the rest of the ride, as that's where I currently reside as a Lv83 valkyrie.

no more ms! i might have forgot some...but i had a bad habit of deleting characters.

I remade Septher like a f(ucking billion times so I'm probably forgetting a handful of characters..

All started out with Septher being a 2x STR Mage. Took me like a month to get to 2x. Felt good, man.
Deleted him, made him a REAL mage, yaknaw? One of those ICE/LIGHTNING people, or whatever you want to call them. Quit before 2nd job.
Then Septher was a CLERIC because healing people was f(ucking awesome back in 05. Quit that thing at like 3x..
Then I made Septher into a Banditsin. Because Banditsins were also some kind of hype back in 05. Didn't get him past 4x and I maxed haste first. I remember Haste becoming a "sellable" skill. Sold haste for like 10k a cast, goddamn.
Then I deleted him, and made him into a Fighter. I forget what level I quit him at, but he was a 2H Sword. Late 3x/early 4x.

Then I tried something new; I made an assassin under the name "Asisith" who was way too unfunded to do one of those "Dexless" things, since at the time (Mid 05), Dexless Assassins were still kind of uncommon due to lack of godly DEX equipment. He was normal DEX (120 DEX today) and has been level 90 for the past year and a half.

.. Back to Septher, made another Ice/Lightning mage. Got it for 4x and quit.
Made another fighter, got it to 4x and quit.
Made ANOTHER fighter since I f(ucked up on stats and didn't get past 3x.

I kept playing Asisith for a little while until I finally decided to sell everything he had to fund a bandit. I don't know what made me transform into some stat-slut. Asisith didn't give a shi(t about his damage; I can't figure it out.

Septher is now a 146 Shadower.

After that, I made a Marauder, "Overhaui", who is currently level 96.

@Greg - Very big past like I had, I made my dexless sin around that time too... It was very difficult making him dexless so I raised it and made it low dex.

@COB: Maybe that's just you then, because a huge majority of my former-guild (like 50 active people) played beta, no one actually "bragged" about being in beta rather than saying that they miss it. Well, I guess the "fun" part is one thing.
