I doubt there's duping going on but I wouldn't put it past hackers finding a way to block out logins and getting themselves a head start for Kaiser rankings, though really don't see the difference between rank 1 kaiser and rank 459 but some people need internet fame.

Just bring the servers down for everyone, fking dam it. It's the worst when you know that others (maybe) are there playing and you can't because of some error-pomegranade.

OMG are we seriously gonna do this on the internet, does make you feel big or what because really doesn't fucking matter. You can get basic info on when hackers dupe just by using google, it's been explained many times, even here just search.

The login issue had nothing to do with the patch, since people were getting it last night, so whatever is going on, there's most likely a serious problem with Nexon's servers that needs to get fixed, like ASAP.

I didn't have any problems last night -- EST evening, I mean, all the way until the wee hours -- but then again I was mostly just staying logged-in toward the end of it. It's all SERVER CHECK FIREWALL CHECK WEBSITE BLAH today though.

4 people on my BL in Khaini last night were complaining about the log in issue about 4-5 hours before the patch even started. They were getting the same kind of errors when they were able to log on. I remember because i was screwing with them trying to convince them they had been hellbanned, even though they were legit players who had done nothing wrong.

I was on the character creation screen with no issues for about an hour and half. As soon as I tried to login though it crashed.

Expecting an extended 2X EXP/Drop event this weekend... maybe.

I've had intermittent firewall issues every now and again on multiple IP addresses and multiple computers over the past couple of weeks, but they've always resolved themselves after an hour or two and never started with any kind of disconnect. Whatever it is, this patch made things considerably worse.

Seems they posted that triumphant "it's up and running" and went home to sleep. They have been up patching all night, after all.

Well, I'm glad Southperry is a resource. I couldn't find anything about the log in issue on Basil. And I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. Time to wait for an update now...

Basil's been overrun by people who kept spamming "keylogger". Not much information could be squeezed by looking through there at the moment.

Everybody is very busy right now trying to troubleshoot the issue. We'll see if we can get something up.
