Nexon posted a patch for EMS version 84 upgrade to version 85.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

Naw, it gave 100k MP to some people, but it gave everyone that blue notice.

Before I go "wtp???", I think the important question to ask is: Why? I would think of it as compensation, but what's with the prize?

There was a hottime today. Around 10 people per server (heck, probably less) got a 100k MP coin, which can't be traded in for 100k MP even (yet). However, the blue notice saying that they got one was generated for EVERYONE who participated in the hottime, which means, fúcking EVERYONE who was online at that moment. So yes, there were quite some blue notices, but no, there are no billions of free nx in EMS now.

Be thrifty. I'd use it on perma stuff, but use it wisely. The perma rock would prolly cost 30k. Throw in perma pets *3 and perma eq... maybe perma pendant? =P

And meanwhile MSEA's exclusive map has 100k Maple Points as a reward supposedly but no one has ever struck it and some have reported getting an error message when claiming their rewards. Why can't this 100k points thing happen here!?

Fiel speculated that it's because they don't want people pre-patching until they are sure the patch is ready to go live.
If people pre-patch and then a change is made to the patch file, those people will have to re-download the entire client.

Hmm, that would be silly on 2 points.

1: GMS prepatch as well right, so why let them do it and not EMS?
2: Pre-patching is discouraged, not supported and on your own risk. So they would not mind if some one pre-patched early and then have to redo it later.

What a long-ass (8 hours) patch for a patch that contains little wz changes and 2 videos that already were in last patch.

Here's me hoping for a removal of duped items and fixing of arkarium/magnus.
