Does anyone have an answer regarding the 10 extra AP some of us got as compensation once? Do they get lost if you use the AP reset?

EXP serum has no expiration date. Whoo I can easily power level my Mech at 199. AP reset was well worth using on my Wild Hunter. Also grabbed Enhancement scroll on Mech for the sake of his Golden Mech parts. Enhancement scrolls DO work on Mech parts, right?
