I am a patient man, not angry. This is probably better in case they are on sale during Black Friday

Hate to burst your bubble here, but the December confirmation by the GM in the screenshots was for Luminous himself and not for Tempest as a whole. If they keep Prelude separate (and I hope they do) then you won't see Luminous until December (Dec 6 is a week after Nov 29 and there was one week of Prelude in KMS). Thus, the GM's words will hold true.
