Since the Resistance characters put so much time and energy into protecting Maple World, we think they deserve a reward! A nice, juicy Hot Time that runs all day on Saturday sounds fitting. Actually, everyones been fighting the Black Mage for quite a while now, so lets just extend that offer to all the Maplers!

Log in anytime on Saturday, November 17 (12 AM to 11:59 PM Pacific) and click the gift box icon on the left side of your game window to open a menu to retrieve 2 Star Enhancement Scroll, AP Reset Scroll, and Mesoranger EXP Serum. Your character must be Lv.13 or above to accept the free items. If you are logged in before midnight on Saturday, or you reach level 13 during the day, you must relog into MapleStory to claim your gifts.

You can only get an item once on your account, so choose carefully! However, you can accept the items on different characters. For example, your Dark Knight can receive the AP Reset Scroll, and your Wild Hunter can claim the Mesoranger EXP Serum!

You have a 100\% chance to receive the following items:


2 Star Enhancement Scroll

Enhances equipment that has no upgrade slots remaining to 2 Stars (ranks). Has no effect on equipment already at 2 Stars or above. Success rate: 80\%. Has a 50\% chance to destroy the item upon failure. Untradeable.

Resets all ability points, excluding AP invested in HP/MP. Expires in 7 days. Untradeable.Mesoranger EXP Serum

Increases EXP by 50\%. Has no effect on max level characters. Untradeable.

Ho hum. I could, theoretically, use this AP reset to cut my LUK down to size. But I have a certain irrational pride in having massive, dinosaurish amounts of secondary-stat...

I can finally get rid of that extra str points I put on my Merc.
Although it would be more useful on my super old pre-bb characters that I don't have access to.
