Well the war potentials are simply people who pose an ultimate thread. I find it stupid how ichigo didn't even fight for more than two pages before releasing some fairy god mother sh`it. I mean he even got stabbed in the throat, effortlessly. It's like we reached this god tier (aizen vs ichigo) then all of a sudden they're ant's again. I mean the highest levels of kido were bi`tch slapped, and you'e telling me they can't even lift a finger.

We can't measure how strong Ichigo is right now. No doubt he is stronger than he was before Final Getsuga, but no doubt aswell he is weaker than Final Getsuga Ichigo. Getting Reiatsu from all captains would be a mayor boost given he kept his hollow powers and maybe even his fullbring powers, if not he could be barely stronger than hollow Ichigo. In any case I think it's obvious Ichigo is not at his fullest right now. Kirge proved to be a pain, plus he looks like he had to slam his body on that cage for it to break.

And someone please remind me where it's revealed Kenpachi is a warring potential. i just reread the part in which he pooped in and there is no mention to that-

The enemy is apparently the strongest mother f'ucker in the universe and nobody has any chance to beat him, then Ichigo gets retardedly strong, fights and wins. Then after that every random guy can give Ichigo tons of trouble. Reminds me of the filler arc with the captain-shinigami clones and that scientist guy.

I read that chapter. I thought you guys had found real proof but that's just an assumption. Kenpachi is definitely the strongest based only on raw power, but he is pretty relentless and fights with pure instinct. Yamamoto was way stronger (having Kidou and Bankai) and you know how it went, I think proof that he isn't one is the fact JuhaBach didn't seem to show any interest into getting him to his side, like he's done with Ichigo and Aizen. I wont rule it out, I'm just saying it isn't proved yet.

War potentials are defintely people that pose a threat, like Khaini said, but that doesn't necessarily mean they gotta be uber strong. Someone capable of unveiling the secrets of Bankai stealing and developing a counter to it could be considered one, place where Urahara fits perfectly.

Unless this is just a translation issue, it appears that Juha bach blatantly said that Kenpachi was "one of their special potentials."
I agree it does not have to be someone simply strong in power. I still think Ishida is one and I could also see Urahara being on there.

In MangaStream's translation, Juhabach only calls Kenpachi the strongest one, I'd assume refering solely to his raw power. I doubt Manga stream would commit a mistake with such an important detail, plus Juhabach showed no real interest into taking Kenpachi.

I personally find it more plausible for Urahara to be one than Kenpachi. Let's wait and see.

I actually think he's weaker than his strength in the prior arc, even without final getsuga tenshou. Mostly because he doesn't appear to have any of his hollow powers, and barring the fight against Aizen when he using Final Getsuga, he didn't win a fight since very early on in the arrancar arc without them. His fullbring powers seem to have been completely disregarded for more GETSUGA TENSHOU spamming, which is a real shame.

I wouldn't really argue semantics over unofficial translations. MAngastream is just as likely to be the one in the wrong

well sorta. Kinda confirms Ichigo's mom was a quincy? And confirms That his reiatsu absorbs all reiatsu used on him after he goes all out crazy. now we has plot twist.

It all makes sense now ichigo is cell from dbz and he absorbs all his opponents traits/powers.

Maybe ichigo is part quincy and his mom had an affair?

I was just joking last week about all this and its all true. He absorb the power around him to awaken his quincy powers. If the last panel is right he is the general son? So his mom did have an affair?

I am not sure if it is literally his son or if Juha Bach means that he is his "son" like he is a Quincy. Either way, strange pomegranate.

Well that explains why he can't do s'hit with fullbring/hollow mask anymore. Still hope for the fusion of all 3 sources of power in the world.

Looks like I was right about his mother

Pretty sure Ichigo's original power is that of a Quincy.
Quincy tends to absorb reitsu around them, and when he was inside that Quincy Jail his reitsu was "reawakened" in a sense that it remembers how to be a Quincy.

Speculation:
Then again whatever happen to the Hogyoku. I know that it reversed Aizen after the big battle and Urahara sealed him away. They never mentioned anything about the location of Hogyoku. I'm assuming its probably with Ichigo, assuming the Quincy origin story for Ichigo doesn't work out.

Ichigo's bankai is way too similar to Isshins, he has to be his son. Maybe Juha Bach is Ichigo's maternal grandfather.

Whats the shadow territory? Maybe this is where they have been hiding all this time?It seem that Juha Bach is not able to go out of his general safe zone. How did aizen figure that out in the short period of time? I'm expecting to see aizen again hopefully.

In this panel you see the darkness cover his arm and he has to stop. Maybe he is only able to fight in that dimension. Their power might be connected in that zone from the vanderich(is this hueco mundo new name or something else?)

Anyone remember the movie where ichigo went to the dimension that was the middle between soul society? I cant remember the movie name.
