Sounds like the District Attorney needs a metaphorical stick shoved up his ass.

I am boggled that someone can apparently decide that there's no case simply because 'it's not sexual assault if you're a man'. Why is this even a thing? One would think that assault is assault regardless of whether the victim was a pro wrestler or a little granny but I guess common sense isn't too common these days. I also hope someone will step up for this man, no one else should have to go through what he had.

I would fish out the picture of evolution that shows humans going back to being apes but apathy ated it. There comes a point when logic has been twisted too much that it needs to be stopped before it snaps, and that this argument even exists shows that it's been broken to pieces, put back together and broken a hundred times over again.

If nothing is done about this, it just sets a precedent for these sick acts in the future.
