Yep. Despite saying "don't ticket it", Bugs/Glitches is still a ticket category -- only they send you an autoresponse telling you to post it on the official forum when you submit to that category.

There's a lot of spam and redundancy on the official bugs/glitches forum, and when I last had cause to visit it, there wasn't much moderation going on. The distribution of official responses was also rather unpredictable.

Luis isn't ugly. I mean, he's not sexy as hell either but it's certainly not difficult to look at him. Besides, you're supposed to be listening to what they say, not just staring at them, and in that department she loses because I can't decipher any of whatever that language she's speaking is

She's speaking perfectly comprehensible English. Usually I have trouble parsing out spoken words -- I'm the type that likes to have subs on at all times even if it's English audio -- but her speech sounded fine to me, as far as any speech goes.

I wonder what Luis did to become Nexon's buttmonkey.

And you guys just suck at listening, her English is perfectly fine. She's probably just not used to speaking to a camera.

This was a great episode, I love looking into Nexon's offices and seeing real people who work there working on the game. I also adore that they spelled out very clearly for the players who've never reported bugs. This can really help out in speeding up the game's maintenance. People may not realize, but it is A LOT of work for a game of that size to be maintained. MORE OF THESE PLEASE NEXON
