I'm pretty sure the complaints are mostly because they're essentially charging for what Nexon of Korea gave away for free to everyone (well, everyone was able to get them so long as they were on for the hot time). Here, only people who spend $50 on cubes will be able to get the circulators.

Well, of course not, but at this point, it seems rather unlikely. I mean, it's been like a month since Aswan came out, it'd be pretty weird to have a Hot Time for it now. This is also pretty much both of the Aswan Hot Times rolled into one neat gift package, you get the ring, the shoulder, both circulators, coins. Hell, the only thing missing is a chance at a 140 weapon and the Justice Badge. It's pretty messed up that the first time Ultimate Circulators are even mentioned by Nexon is through this event where if you spend enough money, you can get them.

Personally, I kinda wish you could get more than 2 per account. I got stuff to cube, and you just know you're not gonna get any good S Rank Inner Abilities with just 2.

Uh...what? KMS's Ultimate Circs boosted all 3 inner abilities to S-Rank, not only the bottom Ability and reset them in addition.

Geez, I know school started so their sales probably took a dip but how desperate can you get Nexon? $50 for two circulators is rather insulting.

Inner Ability Lock is not even in the CS anymore, is there any point in getting S rank then?
