If they never expand characters past whatever number we're shooting for, I would. I wouldn't buy it if I weren't "necessary."

If they stop expanding character slots then it becomes "necessary", which is something they WOULD do if they saw a money-making opportunity. The last thing we need is for them to further monetize the new character process.

Do you actually think this isn't true? That's actually exactly how I feel. New content shouldn't be monetized for any reason.

They could, but they won't. There's a huge number of people who would just stop playing or not bother with new classes if this were the case, and the few who actually purchased new slots wouldn't make up for the revenue lost from people who go to deck out their new characters each time one is released for free.

They're already got a perfect cyclical system that brings in buckets of money, attempting to pineapple with that for a little more profit would be a huge mistake. But Nexon isn't always rational so just not giving them bad advice regarding what [you] as a player would buy -- what would pineapple over the rest of us in the process -- is a no-win situation and should be avoided by just not pitching or agreeing on awful ideas.

I really wish i had more slots =/ I'm thinking of deleting my 194 DB just for a slot because i no longer have %luk gear lol

Wow. I'd expect them to have given you a refund in maplepoints at the very least, but I guess I was expecting too much of Nexon.
