Take the looks of one piece of gear (say a Bamboo Hat), combine with the power of a 3-4 lined Unique/Legendary gear (Empress hat). FUSION DANCE, and you get a Bamboo Hat that's as strong as an Empress hat.

what is fusion anvil?

It's a NX cosmetic item for your equips. If you have a level 140 staff and you want to make it look like a level 163 elemental staff. You can use an Anvil to change the look of the level 140 staff to a level 163 one while keeping the stats of the level 140 staff. The change is permanent, but you can always change it again.

Because 3 (4 if you count Nebulite) lines wasn't good enough.

It'll be 1,009,999 if it's the same secondary potential KMS got during Tempest, thanks to "데미지 최대값 : +#incMaxDamage" which adds +10,000 max damage (not on range). I'm not sure if there's higher since the highest I saw in extractions was 10k.
