Same stats, and the ones in RLH come out with Epic potential (or possibly Unique) so, blah.
You've probably got a much much higher chance of getting a maple weapon you like from RLH than Gachapon, and it would probably be cheaper. And you'd level up while doing it.

So this is just an excuse to add more crap to gachapon I guess.

You can get level 35-77 ones from RLH, between the 77 and those, there is barely any difference. :S
