Here's more trivia saying why Hero's Will (and Pirate's Rage) is useless =D
--You can't use Hero's Will if you don't have the MP for it. Read: useless when monsters use MP-drain or 1/1 attacks.
--You can't use Hero's Will if you're sealed. LOL

I always wondered why Nexon added the cooldown on it...

Bishops get massive attacking skills, why not give other classes dispell skills that actually WORK? I mean, Genesis doesn't have a 10 min cooldown either? (would have been nice though... lol).

Why didn't Nexon remove the cooldown completely? It's not like you can't buy all cures for 400 mesos each... Why the crappy cooldown on a skill like this? :X

If there's no cooldown you may as well just remove seduce all together... and if I recall, all cures don't work on seduce. If it did then why would they have Hero's Will?

edit: on topic, why Pirate's Rage and Hero's will? Why not Magician's Ingenuity, Thief's Cunning, Warrior's Strength, and Archer's Pride?

did you ever tried to use heros will while sealed, cursed, poisoned, etc?

heros will only cure seduce, heros will dont cure curse, poison etc, so i think its why it have cooldown
