"I honestly do not know how to say this as I do not play MapleStory, but all I know is that Marisol had a lot of great friends whom she's spoke of to me about. She loved coming on and interacting with everyone on here and it had been a blessing to her to have been a part of this great community.

I am not quite sure how many know or have known, but on January 1st of this year she was hit by a drunk driver. I cannot express the pain it is to lose a loved one in words, nor do I begin to learn how to fill the void that Marisol once filled. However, I feel inclined to let the people whom she spent her time with know why she has not been on here or MapleStory.

I have been meaning to post the news, but I did not know how to put it into words. I am her boyfriend, since I did not mention that in the beginning, and we lived together. She was the most joyful, most elegant person you can ever encounter. Always filled with smiles and optimism, it really saddens me to not have her with me anymore, but I hope she has touched everyone as much as she has touched me.

I do not mean to make this so long, nor do I want to sound like a parent, but if you do drink do not drive. The driver that night should have been the victim, but in the end, an innocent was taken.

I am sorry to those who she's known, and I'm also sorry to those who haven't met her--she was nothing more than an angel.

I really do not know what I'll do with the account, but if I know Marisol, she would most likely let me give it away, I am just not sure to who. Maybe you guys can help me on that decision."

If you already listed you condolences on SW, no need to repeat, but feel free to if you wish. I am not the original writer of this post, just thought that maybe there were some who wished to know, that do not visit SW. Also, considering that the original poster knew nothing of Southperry, if you wish to say something to him, you will have to do it on SW. This is a sad day in Khaini.

As has been said: may she rest in peace if this is true, but there's something about the post which I can't make sense of.

I realize that he posted to let her friends from Khaini know what's up, but if I were him, giving away her MapleStory account would be the last thing on my mind.

I dont know how well you knew mari, but his statement was pretty dead on, she likely would have tried to give her account away, though i doubt anyone would use it(i would feel it a bit taboo, after this tradgedy). Also, considering he waited nearly 2 months to post about this, and the giving of the account away seems to be almost an afterthought, i think it was the last thing on his mind. Probably didnt think too much about it, till he noticed something that reminded him of her love of the game (ad somewhere, or bookmark/internet history, or just saw the maple icon on desktop)

Also, while i pray that this is fake news, the fact is that it was posted by her own account. Not ruling it out as completely true, I even asked him, if it was not too personal, to post a link to the obituary column, if there was one, just to make sure people believe him, and not shaking their heads in disbelief. It is either true, or someone talented/resourceful playing a sick joke. I dont rule that out, but the length of the post, the way its worded, seem like its too sincere, and too detailed to be a person just doing things for fun.
