A hint of "what's to come?"

If recollection doesn't fail me completely, NxProse made a comment about the Mark of Naricain preparing players for "what's to come." Obviously this implies further development of the Keep, and possibly (well, most likely) another massive boss fight.

If you look at the bonus room, or a render of it, there's a strange hologram thing in there. Upon further examination, it looks like it'd easily be boss material:

My question, now, is if anyone knows what that's supposed to be. Is it referenced somewhere in the story of Crimsonwood Keep, or are we yet to know? It does look a hell of a lot like the gigantic warrior whose weapons you replace in the Hall of Unity, but of what relevance is he, either?

A hologram of a demon appears before you on your way to the treasure room... what does it mean? You stop and take a look at the beast. With its 6 muscled arms, Lion-mane-esque hair, and a tail, you realize this thing cannot be friendly. Getting a chill down your back, you realize this must be none other than Naricain, the legendary demon who is said to rule Versal. but the grandmasters, they drop a pendant signifying their allegiance to this being? So, this means the true evil that threatens Masteria is still out there.... quite a scary thing indeed. You then walk though the door into the treasure chamber, realizing that in your pondering everyone has taken a box! Argh!

Yup. It's Naricain.
