Hope this is the right place?

RL person I mule for got hacked. Lost 50m+ in ilbi/steely/scrolled equip. She got back her account but no trace of items. Without touching the FM (I will get too distracted) what can I do? She is sympathetic and says the person who did it probably needed the mesos, but there must be some way I can help her too?

PS: I'm a mule. Guess I am asking a partly non-MS question (move this thread if it belongs somewhere else). How do you support someone?
