Unable To Do Valentine's Quests

So, I log onto my Priest and finish the Heart Chocolate quest, obtaining the Chocolate. I then log onto my noob character, and do the quest. Shortly after I do the quest, I notice there is the Heart Basket quest, which I also did last year on my Priest. So I finish that and Cody's Maya quest on my noob, and go back on my Priest to finish those quests too, seeing as i hadn't noticed them. Upon logging on to my Priest, I find that I am unable to do neither the Cody quest nor the Heart Basket quest, only the Heart Chocolate quest, which, I have done twice now.

The prerequisite for the quest is simply to be over lvl 8, which, I obviously am. The only thing I can thing of that may be causing this problem is that I have already completed the quests from last year.

So my question is; is anyone else having the same problem as I?

I might have completly misunderstood what you said, but I'll say it anyway. You remember that the quest has a time thing on it where you can only do it so often, right?

I believe Cody's Valentine and the Heart Basket quest are not repeatable. So if you did them last year, you won't be able to do them this year.

I also have characters that did the quests last year and can't this year, I wouldn't call it a problem though if the two quests (Cody's Valentine and the Heart Basket quest) were designed to be non-repeatable.
