i agree... this patch was one of the worst patches we ever got imo. i hate it when nexon makes awsome content for mid levels only. cant participate with my main nor my mules.

GAH! Time to keep killing myself until i get 35 of each and not lvl to 86!

Not worth it, IMHO.
I waited a week at 83.5 before the patch came out and I figured if it was 15 of each (as was suggested by some people), I could do it, maybe have to die a couple of times.

But to get 35 of each, I will have to throw away about two whole levels' worth of exp. Plus, each pq costs me about 100k in potions... and too many of them fail because somebody dies or disconnects, or the protector(s) fail to save Romeo/Juliet... I figured this pendant will cost me at least 10m, and another 1.5m for each upgrade. Meh. I could get BF toe cheaper than that. Might as well skip the Eye of Horus and go straight to Deputy Star.

Since there are more mid levels than high levels, it makes more sense to get them to high levels first, then release content that suits them.

Not a whole lot of low-levels even go to mpq, making this patch cater to even a smaller population. There are only about 30-40 people who mpq in Windia at any one time; most people give up on it after seeing the crappy exp that it has and the fact that it takes at least 70 runthroughs of the thing to even get the eye of horus.

It's even less in Broa, but that's mostly because new players mostly go to other worlds, and the old players are way too high leveled for this. Again, it's better to move at least a few players up to a higher level so that something for higher levels caters to more people.
