Long Quest Involving Romeo & Juliet

In the long chain of quests involving Romeo & Juliet, I got to the part where I have to make an engagement ring for Romeo. And I can't find the NPC to make that is suppose to make the ring. Where is Allegro of Wedding Village?

Only wedding village i know of is in Amoria, which i doubt it the case due to amoria not being out in all versions.

The only guy that seems similar to that name is the guy under Zenumist HQ

Allegro is indeed in Amoria. Amoria and Magatia were released at the same time in KMS, so they tied the two areas together a little. The only concern which I'm not sure of is if GMS Allegro works for the quest.

It's the Wedding Jeweler guy in Amoria, who is not called Allegro, but does the job.
He's on the platform above Cody, I think. Find him by the lightbulb over his head.

His name is Moony. He's the bastard that doesn't let me make a new ring because I have the undroppable engagement ring glitch.

Yeah, in MSEA it works. Though i had a really hard time getting those silver ores Getting them was harder than expected.
